IXReach can provide you with senior networking engineers, who can install any new switch, router or security devices into your network. Our engineers are Cisco, Foundry, Extreme and Juniper trained, and have worked on core and edge deployments within LINX, AMS-IX, and DE-CIX.
With IX Manage, you will avoid the cost of sending your technicians and / or engineers abroad to do the job. This will also save you time!
Based on your specific requirements, our engineers will handle the installation of your new equipment during the entire process.

Equipment Relocation
Thinking about moving?
Minimise any uncertainty and prevent any risk when planning equipment relocation.
IXReach can provide you with dedicated network engineers or Project Managers to help plan and co-ordinate any relocation. Benefit from our experience of deploying hardware across several continents. In certain locations, we have a range of experienced technicians and engineers available to attend immediately (see our coverage for same-day installs) or who are able to travel to relocate your equipment.
We can offer either a purely advisory or physical hands-on service, working hand in hand with your team to make sure the migration goes smoothly and efficiently to minimise any potential downtime.

As part of a detailed network audit we can advise on any requirements that should be made to ensure optimum network performance, security and maintenance. For additional network administration or comprehensive network monitoring we will build an individual and specific network SLA for each customer, covering change management, and proactive monitoring following your specific set of instructions.
