Equipment Relocation

Thinking about moving?

We have a range of experienced technicians and engineers available to attend immediately (see our coverage for same-day installs) or travel to re-locate your equipment. We will work hand by hand with your team to make sure the migration goes as smooth and efficient as possible.

Equipment Configuration

Customers also have the option of shipping their equipment to our offices and we will configure them as required. This service applies to Cisco, Foundry, Extreme, etc.

Operation and Maintenance of your network:

IX Reach offers you the option of outsourcing with us your network management. We will keep an eye on your network on a daily basis to make sure it is up and running.

Any requirement you have of actions to be performed over your network (including proactive changes when failures, alarms, etc show up) will be performed during business hours upon your request following your specific set of instructions.
