It’s almost network freeze time – get your orders in now!

Every year over the Christmas and New Year period there’s a telecoms-wide freeze which puts a stop to any changes or upgrades to networks.

Between the dates of Monday 17th December 2018 to Sunday 6th January 2019 there will be no network changes, no upgrades and no provisioning – this is not just at IX Reach but industry-wide; some networks may continue to work through however it’s the data centres that truly acknowledge the freeze therefore stopping changes!

To avoid network disappointment, if you’re looking to upgrade any routes or add some more, get your orders in now to get things up and running before this cut off date! Either get in touch with your Account Manager, or email info@ixreach.com if you want to speak to a member of the team about this.
