Matthew joins IX Reach with a proven track record of defining and managing clear processes and procedures in order to provide consistent, high quality support to a wide customer base. Being ITIL certified – a qualification utilised by some of the most high-profile organisations in the world, including HSBC and NASA – Matthew brings over 17 years of management experience with a broad background in supporting multiple customers in a mobile service provider and carrier environment across all aspects of technology and function.
Matthew’s career history includes roles at startups and global companies including 13 years at Calyx Managed Services in multiple network and service support roles, Console Connect before its 2017 acquisition by IX Reach and Dataspire Solutions .
Based at IX Reach’s HQ in Manchester, Matthew will be using his excellent organisation and communication skills to engage with customers and partners delivering outstanding customer service to build and grow relationships and improve communication across the company.
