Allegro becomes IX Reach

Dear Customers, Partners and Friends,

IIX Inc., a leading provider of direct interconnection solutions, announced on 22nd October 2014 that it had acquired Allegro Networks.

Since then, we have also completed the further acquisition of IX Reach, the global network solutions provider and number one partner to leading Internet Exchange Points (IXPs). This has propelled the group on a global scale, with a presence now in 39 countries and more than 150 locations, and increased our portfolio of existing and new services. We've also increased our leadership team and added more highly skilled people across the business as a whole, meaning we've been able to enhance service delivery and customer experience significantly.

As part of our overall progression and integration of these acquisitions, we will be harmonising the Allegro Networks brand into IX Reach, providing a single, global network solutions provider and point of contact for all your infrastructure requirements.
