DE-CIX Turns 20 – A look at our partnership

IX Reach - DE-CIXAs DE-CIX is celebrating their 20th birthday this year - here at IX Reach we thought we would wish them a Happy Birthday and take a look back at our partnership. IX Reach are proud to have been working with DE-CIX for a number of years now - with IX Reach being one of their earliest partners and their first reseller. When IX Reach became the first reseller of DE-CIX there were 350 networks connected, since then membership has grown to 630+ networks and over 4.6 tbps peak of traffic. In 2010 when DE-CIX launched their reseller programme, IX Reach became the first official reseller. Over the past few years we have connected 38 customers to DE-CIX Frankfurt, Dubai and New York via the reseller port, with 2014 being an incredibly successful year as IX Reach connected the most customers of all the resellers. We have also worked together over the years to provide customers with great promotions and incentives to join DE-CIX and regularly attend their events - like their upcoming customer summit in Frankfurt (See more here) So once again we would like to wish DE-CIX a very happy 20th birthday and take a look back at some pictures from over the years.
