IX Reach Named as the Milan Internet Exchange’s (MIX) Number One Reseller

London, March 2014: IX Reach, global leading provider of wholesale carrier services,  connectivity solutions and specialists in remote peering, is pleased to announce it has achieved ‘leading International reseller’ status at the main Italian Internet Exchange, MIX, (Milan Internet Exchange) for 2013.

MIX launched its reseller programme in 2012 in order to further spread its name as a global Internet hub. Having already established an understanding for the need international networks have for simple connectivity and remote peering access from a single location, IX Reach were quick to support MIX by becoming the most active reseller of their peering services outside Italy.

Since 2000, MIX has steadily grown from being one of the first European IXPs, to the largest in Italy, with over 140 members and peak traffic of more than 150Gbps.
